The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general housekeeping cleaning services at assigned commercial client sites.
Responsibilities
- Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned
- Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors
- Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
- Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins
- Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups
- Vacuum, sweep and damp mop all flooring
- Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required)
- Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
- Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
- Valid G Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Pride taken in providing clean commercial environments to clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- This position requires a high level of physical exertion
- Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required

Responsibilities
Clean assigned commercial sites by dusting, cleaning glass and bathrooms, emptying waste containers, restocking dispensers, and vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Follow client instructions and company safety policies while providing attentive service and building positive client relationships.
Requirements
A valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract, effective written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are required. At least one year of commercial cleaning experience is preferred, along with the ability to perform physically demanding work.
