This leadership role will own the end-to-end program lifecycle - from program design to startup sourcing and selection to program delivery and milestone tracking, and post-program support - while building and managing the ecosystem stakeholders.

This leadership role will own the end-to-end program lifecycle - from program design to startup sourcing and selection to program delivery and milestone tracking, and post-program support - while building and managing the ecosystem stakeholders.
The candidate should combine strategic program thinking with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Program strategy and design – Define the program delivery model and design the curriculum of the capacity building sessions.
- Operations and Delivery – Oversee the entire program from outreach till demo day. Ensure timely delivery of capacity building sessions and mentorship. Manage budgets, milestones and logistics.
- Program performance management – Ensure high-quality delivery of knowledge sessions and mentorship. Define key performance indicators of the program and ensure process and procedures to attain them.
- Ecosystem building – Build and nurture an strong network of mentors, speakers, investors, corporates and govt departments.
- Team management – Manage the team and also ensure effective collaborations with various departments for effective execution of the program.
- Reporting and compliance – Preparation and reporting of various KPIs, impact reports and program updates to client and leadership team. Ensure program compliance with client requirements.
- Prior experience in managing Operations with experience of leading teams.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystem
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-oriented approach with experience in tracking program metrics and outcomes.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous situations.
- Essential Educational Qualifications required for this role*: Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM preferred) or Graduate degree in Engineering, Management, or related field from a recognized institute.
- Desirable Qualifications/Certification required for this role: Certifications in Emerging Tech (AI/ML), Venture Capital, or Project Management;
- Total years of work experience: 10+
- Minimum years of relevant experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in managing startup incubators, large programs, CSR-funded programs

Requires a master’s degree, preferably an MBA or PGDM, or a relevant graduate degree; startup ecosystem knowledge, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a data-oriented approach are also expected.
