Promote cultural competency and sensitivity within the healthcare team, ensuring ongoing education about Indigenous health issues, history, and cultural practices.

Ensure that health data collection, reporting, and analysis are aligned with ethical guidelines and Indigenous data sovereignty principles.

Collaborate with external healthcare organizations, agencies, and partners to ensure continuity of care for Indigenous patients.

In partnership with the Executive Director, ensuring full compliance with all applicable legislation impacting the clinic such as the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Ontario Employment Standards.

Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information for personnel and patients with legislative standards
