• Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
• Passionate about providing provide great customer service
• Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
• Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• People-person, good at building rapport
• Results-driven
• Team player, but can work solo

• You're energized by an early start and are available to work flexible early morning shifts times between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), helping prepare the store so our customers can enjoy a great IKEA experience every day.

Responsibilities
Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage, and secure merchandise for safe movement. Store and stage pallets in assigned locations while maintaining safe and secure work areas and supporting IKEA’s inclusive culture and community and environmental impact.
Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and should be detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Warehouse or logistics experience and experience with warehouse equipment are assets; a forklift license is preferred, or candidates should be willing to learn, and availability for flexible early morning shifts between 2:00 AM and noon is required.
