WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• University degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume distribution, fulfilment, retail, logistics, or similar environment.
• A people-focused leadership style that is open, empowering, and collaborative.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of customer and co-worker needs, expectations, and market trends is an asset.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
• Manage securing efficiency, implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies and ways of working throughout the operations (inbound, replenishment, outbound, services execution), in order to enable an excellent customer and co-worker experience.
• Secure close cooperation and strong communication with Fulfilment Integration team, Unit Management team or support functions and External Transport/Service Providers, in order to secure the highest goods availability and customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost.
• Ensure that the Fulfilment Operations team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant Standard Operating Procedures, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security and the environment.
• Manage leading, coaching, developing and inspiring a high performing Fulfilment Operations team by working closely with Fulfilment Integration team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, while maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
• Oversee the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environment.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,303 to $103,542, and will be based on relevant work experience.
