WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
• Passionate about providing provide great customer service
• Comfortable with standing, lifting upto 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
• Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• People-person, good at building rapport
• Results-driven
• Team player, but can work solo
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace
• You're energized by an early start and are available to work flexible early morning shifts times between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), helping prepare the store so our customers can enjoy a great IKEA experience every day.

Responsibilities
Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage, and secure merchandise for safe movement. Stage pallets in assigned locations, maintain safety and security in work areas, and contribute to an inclusive workplace and positive community and environmental impact.
Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment, providing customer service, and standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods. Warehouse or logistics experience and warehouse equipment familiarity are advantageous; a forklift license is a plus, and candidates should be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
