• You are sales‑driven, outgoing, and confident in approaching customers in a polite and friendly way.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales by ensuring your area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, and correctly priced, with products always in perfect condition.
• Optimize availability by analyzing sales space capacities and adjusting stock levels based on system parameters.
• Be a product expert by learning the features and benefits of all Home Organization & Lighting products and sharing your knowledge with customers.
• Actively engage customers - identify their needs through the right questions and recommend the best solutions for their home.
• Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a safe, organized work area, including performing tasks requiring physical effort and lifting up to 50 lbs.
