Experience preparing management-level financial reporting and translating detailed analysis into clear business insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to maintaining data accuracy and financial integrity.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing demands.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a demonstrated interest in improving processes and ways of working.
