Job opening
The HSEQR Analyst supports IMCD Canada's Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Regulatory Affairs programs through the management of compliance documentation, customer requests, and document intake processes. The role ensures that critical regulatory and quality records are maintained, monitored, and accessible to support business operations, customer requirements, and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Records Management
· Identify, request, and track missing or expiring compliance documents (SDSs, TDSs, licenses, certifications) from suppliers and internal stakeholders
· Manage, direct, and fulfill customer documentation requests
· Review incoming documents for completeness and appropriateness
· Maintain and update document tracking logs and databases as required
· Follow up on outstanding or deficient document requests with suppliers and support teams
· Organize and file compliance documentation in a consistent, retrievable structure across internal systems

Intake and Triage Support
· Support intake and triage of document requests via Salesforce or equivalent case/document management systems
· Flag documents that are incomplete, outdated or misaligned and route to the appropriate reviewers for sign off or completion
· Escalate outstanding requests through the appropriate channels

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
· Provide regular status updates and reports on documentation completeness and outstanding requests
· Flag recurring gaps or bottlenecks in the documentation process to inform process improvements
· Support development of standardized requests and follow up workflows to reduce turnaround time

Commercial Support
· Assist with ensuring leads provided by the Principal are assigned and reported back in a timely manner
· Assist with Principal-related non-conformance reports

Other Duties
· Additional functions/responsibilities as assigned based on business and departmental need

Required Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications/Experience
· Diploma or degree in relevant field (chemistry, biology, environmental sciences or related), or equivalent experience
· Experience working with regulatory, quality, or compliance documentation.
· Experience working in chemical, pharmaceutical, ingredient, or distribution industries.

Skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable with handling and organizing large volumes of requests
· Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. ERP/Salesforce/CRM experience an asset
· Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per annum

Offre d’emploi
L’analyste en SSQAR soutient les programmes de santé, sécurité, environnement, qualité et affaires réglementaires d’IMCD Canada par la gestion de la documentation de conformité, des demandes des clients et des processus de réception des documents. Ce rôle garantit que les dossiers réglementaires et de qualité critiques sont maintenus, surveillés et accessibles pour soutenir les opérations commerciales, les exigences des clients et les obligations de conformité.

Responsabilités clés
Gestion de la documentation et des dossiers
· Identifier et demander les documents de conformité manquants ou arrivant à échéance (FDS, FDT, licences, certifications) provenant des fournisseurs et des parties prenantes internes et en faire le suivi
· Gérer et diriger les demandes de documentation des clients et y répondre
· Examiner les documents entrants pour vérifier s’ils sont complets et appropriés
· Maintenir et mettre à jour les journaux de suivi des documents et les bases de données selon les besoins
· Faire le suivi des demandes de documents en attente ou insuffisantes auprès des fournisseurs et des équipes de soutien
· Organiser et classer la documentation de conformité dans une structure cohérente et accessible à travers les systèmes internes

Soutien à la réception et au triage
· Soutenir la réception et le triage des demandes de documents au moyen de Salesforce ou des systèmes équivalents de gestion de cas et de documents
· Signaler les documents incomplets, obsolètes ou mal alignés et les envoyer aux évaluateurs appropriés pour validation ou complétion
· Relancer les demandes en attente par la voie hiérarchique

Rapports et amélioration continue
· Fournir des mises à jour régulières sur l’état de la documentation et des rapports sur l’exhaustivité de la documentation et les demandes en attente
· Signaler les lacunes ou goulots d’étranglement récurrents dans le processus de documentation afin d’orienter les améliorations du processus
· Soutenir l’élaboration de demandes standardisées et de flux de travail de suivi afin de réduire les délais de traitement

Soutien commercial
· Aider à s’assurer que les prospects fournis par le mandant sont attribués et remontées en temps opportun
· Aider à la réalisation de rapports de non-conformité liés au mandant

Autres fonctions
· Fonctions/responsabilités supplémentaires selon les besoins commerciaux et du département

Qualifications et compétences requises
Qualifications/expérience
· Diplôme ou grade dans un domaine pertinent (chimie, biologie, sciences de l’environnement ou connexe), ou expérience équivalente
· 0 à 3 ans d’expérience dans la documentation réglementaire, de qualité ou de conformité.
· Expérience de travail dans les industries chimique, pharmaceutique, d’ingrédients ou de distribution.

Compétences
· Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail
· À l’aise pour gérer et organiser de grands volumes de demandes
· Maîtrise d’Excel et de la suite Microsoft Office Expérience de ERP/Salesforce/CRM est un atout

Rémunération
Échelle salariale: 50,000$ – 70,000$ par année
