Role Title: Full Stack Developer (Java, Python)
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months contract with possible extension
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong Python development skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, frontend technologies such as Angular or React, and Python-based automation, APIs, and data processing solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Hands-on experience with Python
- Frontend development using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- REST API design and integration
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Create Python scripts/services for automation and data processing
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Perform code reviews, testing, and application optimization
- Support production deployments and troubleshooting
Nice to Have: Docker, Kubernetes, PySpark, Kafka, Airflow, DevOps experience.
