About The Opportunity
The Vancouver Corporate Commercial team is seeking a resourceful and dynamic individual with a growth mindset to join its successful national practice.

About The Position
As a key member of the Corporate Commercial team, you will coordinate a high-volume, transactional corporate compliance workflow and provide support on a variety of corporate governance matters.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to improve and implement compliance processes and procedures, while also providing guidance, training, and mentorship to paraprofessionals. The role will also involve assisting with special projects related to corporate compliance and governance.

The Requirements

Paralegal Diploma and/or equivalent relevant work experience
6+ years of experience in corporate compliance
Experience with corporate database technology; cloud-based technology is an asset
Knowledge of iManage, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize workflow, multitask, and maintain close attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team with a collaborative and strategic mindset
Adaptability when managing changing priorities and deadlines to support clients’ business goals
Experience coordinating annual resolutions for British Columbia and federal corporations
Experience with British Columbia and cross-Canada registrations and annual filings
Ability to provide guidance, training, and mentorship to paraprofessionals
