Superior SANY Solutions, a division of Imperial Brady Canada, has a job open in Joliette, QC. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support our sales team in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of customer quotations and proposals.

The Proposal Coordinator will act as a central point of coordination between sales representatives, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure proposals are accurate, complete, competitive, and delivered within required timelines. This position is particularly suited to someone who is structured, resourceful, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Proposal & Quotation Management

Coordinate the preparation and submission of customer quotations and proposals.
Prepare quotations for major customers, including equipment, special orders, and opportunities requiring customized pricing.
Prepare quotations and supporting documentation on behalf of sales representatives.
Review proposals for accuracy, completeness, pricing, product information, and professional presentation before submission.
Enter and maintain quotations, pricing, discounts, and related information in company systems.
Track outstanding quotations and coordinate follow-up with the sales team.
Maintain organized records of proposals, quotations, pricing, and supporting documentation.

Pricing & Supplier Coordination

Request pricing, product information, and supporting documentation from suppliers.
Coordinate special pricing requests and ensure required information is obtained within proposal deadlines.
Work with sales representatives and internal teams to identify appropriate products and solutions for customer requirements.

Sales & Customer Support

Respond to requests for information from sales representatives and customers.
Assist the sales team with documentation and information required to advance opportunities.
Maintain and update customer records and relevant pricing information.
Coordinate internally to resolve missing information or issues that could delay a quotation or proposal.
Provide timely status updates on proposals and outstanding requests.

Process & Administration

Manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and consistency of the proposal process.
Perform other duties related to sales support and proposal coordination as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college diploma in business administration, sales, marketing, procurement, or a related field is an asset.
Previous experience in proposal coordination, sales support, customer service, estimating, purchasing, or a related role is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the sales team.
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced), Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience working with customer, quotation, pricing, ERP, or CRM systems is an asset.
Bilingual French/English is an asset, particularly when communicating with customers and suppliers outside Québec.
