Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP, CRM, IT operations, and business systems.
- Lead system improvements, reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Oversee IT vendors, cybersecurity, and technology budgets.
- Improve business processes, data quality, and system performance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of IT or business systems experience.
- 3+ years of ERP ownership in distribution, wholesale, or supply chain.
- Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, analytics, and information security.
- Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
Education: Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
