Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid - No Remote
Duration: Long-term, 1 year

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OverIT FSM (Field Service Management) Techno-Functional Consultant to support Liberty's field service operations. The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring and integrating FSM solutions, supporting field operations, and contributing to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OverIT NextGen FSM. Candidates with strong experience in comparable FSM platforms may also be considered if they demonstrate solid expertise in FSM implementation, configuration, integration, scheduling/dispatch, mobile workforce management, and field operations.
Alternate FSM Platforms
Candidates without direct OverIT experience may be considered if they have strong hands-on experience with comparable FSM platforms, including:
  • ClickSoftware / Click Scheduler
  • Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
  • IFS FSM
  • SAP FSM
  • Oracle Field Service
  • ServiceMax
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
  • IBM Maximo Mobile / Field Service
Important: Alternate-platform candidates must clearly demonstrate hands-on experience with FSM implementation, configuration, integration, scheduling/dispatch optimization, mobile workforce management, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for field service operations.
  • Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into technical/functional solutions.
  • Configure and customize FSM solutions based on business processes.
  • Support work order management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce management.
  • Design and support integrations between FSM and CRM, ERP, GIS, Asset Management, and IoT systems.
  • Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Optimize scheduling and dispatch processes for field workforce efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot application and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Work closely with business users, field operations teams, IT teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional/technical documentation, test cases, deployment documentation, and support procedures.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance of the FSM platform.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on implementation or production support experience with OverIT NextGen FSM.

  • Experience integrating FSM solutions with:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite/hybrid from Oakville, Ontario.
