We specialize in end-to-end digital transformation services, IT consulting, managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and more. As we continue to expand our portfolio and customer base, we are seeking an experienced Sales Hunter to join our dynamic team in New York/New Jersey.

Position Overview:

The Sales Hunter at Inadev is responsible for driving net-new revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing transformational IT Services and Digital Engineering opportunities. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-driven sales leader who has a strong understanding of the technology landscape and can translate Inadev’s capabilities into compelling, differentiated value propositions for CXOs and senior executives.

In this role, the individual will own the sales cycle - from pipeline creation to proposal shaping and deal closure - while collaborating closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, Practice Leads, and the Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the IT services and digital transformation space.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospects, attending industry events, and networking with key decision-makers.
Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify business opportunities and create compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Drive consultative conversations that uncover client pain points in digital transformation, AI adoption, cloud modernization, technical debt, cyber risk, data strategy, and user experience
Solution Positioning & Executive Engagement
Lead value-focused discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges.
Position Inadev’s portfolio - including AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, Application Modernization, SRE/DevOps, Data Engineering, Human-Centered Design, and Ceebit - as high-impact business solutions.
Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and narratives aligned with client outcomes (speed, cost efficiency, innovation, risk reduction).
Solution Selling:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate IT services, solutions, and digital transformation strategies.
Provide leadership in the development of custom solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business requirements.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and present solutions that deliver measurable results.
Revenue and Profitability Management:
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring targets and quotas are consistently met.
Manage and track all sales opportunities and account activity using CRM tools.
Ensure profitable pricing, contract negotiation, and the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
Market and Industry Expertise:
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
Leverage knowledge of IT services, digital transformation, cloud computing, data analytics, and other relevant technologies to provide strategic guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales.
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth, managing C-level relationships, and closing complex deals.
Deep understanding of IT services, digital transformation, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a focus on value-based selling.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
