Do you feel a commitment and have experience supporting culturally safe, trauma-informed and strength-based social work practice with Indigenous children, youth, families and communities?

Indigenous Perspectives Society (IPS) is a charitable not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the lives and voices of Indigenous peoples, and we are looking for a Program Development Project Lead to work within our Indigenous Child and Family Services Training (ICFST) program that provides delegation training to the twenty-four Indigenous Child and Family Service Agencies within British Columbia. To do so, we work in collaboration and cooperation with the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development and the Indigenous Child and Family Services Agencies, with a focus on restorative social work practices that uphold, support and honour Indigenous peoples’ systems of caring and resiliency. As an organization, IPS is also focused on hosting an inclusive workplace through comprehensive and holistic benefits, including extended health benefits, cultural leaves, and professional development.

The salary is $70, 000.00 annually based on a 35-hour work week.
