We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and outgoing team players to join our team in downtown Ottawa as a Valet Attendant.

- Greet customer in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Assist customer with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels, and directing in appropriate direction
- Issue and collect valet tickets as required
- Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages
- Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be able to lift-up to 20 lbs.
- Cautious and courteous driver, with a Valid class G Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must able to drive manual and automatic transmission.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
Welcome customers, assist with their needs, and issue and collect valet tickets. Safely drive and park customer vehicles, ensuring they are locked and visible valuables are secured in the trunk.
Requirements
Applicants must have a valid Ontario Class G driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. The role requires courteous customer service, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather and perform physical tasks.
