use systematic research methods to draw out customer and end-user requirements.
collaborate with clients, vendors and peers to identify and execute sound design solutions.
collaborate with the Inertia team and vendors to ensure a seamless customer experience and deliver outstanding results.

experience with PCB design and schematic capture using Altium Designer, KiCAD or similar.
ability to troubleshoot and debug electronics hardware using lab equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, signal analyzer, hardware debugger etc.
experience (and enjoy) working hands-on with electronics and mechanical systems, including soldering, wiring, assembling, and testing these systems.
ability to develop analytical models and perform data analysis, preferably with Python.
experience developing control systems with embedded or industrial solutions.
experience with data acquisition
familiarity with and ability to effectively use version control tools such as Git.

can tactfully and effectively address concerns or conflicts openly with the team and clients.
has the persistence and resourcefulness to overcome project obstacles and drive to resolution.
