We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong Employee Central expertise for L3 Support, BAU operations, configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support and manage business-as-usual operations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Configure and deliver enhancements, support integrations and quarterly release testing, and drive continuous improvement while managing incidents and stakeholders.
Requirements
The role calls for strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expertise, including configuration of foundation objects, MDF, position management, business rules, workflows, data models, and role-based permissions. Experience with Time Off or Onboarding, incident resolution, integrations, release and regression testing, and stakeholder management is also relevant.
