I’m Soumen, a Senior IT Recruiter with InfiCareTech. We’re hiring for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Architecton a contract Hybrid basis in Toronto or Vancouver, Canada.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Key Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of IT experience with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Employee Central: Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF, Event Reasons, Data Models, RBP
• L3/BAU Production Support: Complex issue resolution, RCA, incident management, configuration defects, data issues, and permanent fixes
• SuccessFactors Modules: Time Off/Time Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation
• Integration & Payroll: Employee Central Payroll, regional/third-party payroll, Benefits, Finance/ERP, Expense Management, reporting and downstream systems
• Release & Change Management: Quarterly releases, impact assessment, regression testing, UAT, change requests, production deployment and post-release stabilization
• Security & Governance: RBP, data protection, audit, compliance, CAB/change governance and documentation
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, Integration and external AMS/support teams
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred, plus certification in another module
