The team is committed to turning aerial technology into practical operational value by combining the right tools with deep expertise and ongoing support.

Role Description The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Woodbridge, ON. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships with organizations using or exploring enterprise drone solutions, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery calls and product consultations, preparing proposals and quotes, and guiding customers through solution selection and purchasing decisions. The Sales Account Manager will collaborate with technical and operations teams to coordinate demos, pilot programs, and post-sale support, while tracking customer satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities. The role also involves maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring market trends, participating in industry events, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong account management skills, including experience managing client portfolios and supporting long-term customer relationships.
Demonstrated ability in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on responsive communication and issue resolution.
Proven lead generation and sales pipeline management skills, ideally within technology, hardware, or B2B solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
Experience in B2B sales or account management; familiarity with drone, UAV, or related technology markets is an asset.
Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and meeting with clients in person as needed.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
