Manage contract negotiation processes, both internally with the sales and service teams and internal stakeholders, and externally with clients.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives, while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
Advise internal stakeholders on all facets of Infotech’s business, including but not limited to matters related to employment, immigration, marketing, property, insurance, privacy, data security and litigation.

Qualifications:

A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to a Canadian provincial bar, in good standing to practice law in Canada.
2-4 years' experience post call in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department with hands-on experience drafting and negotiating a wide array of contracts.
Experience with privacy and data security requirements globally is considered as asset.
Experience juggling multiple competing demands.

Key Competencies:

A keen desire to be a "self-starter" and “business enabler” by helping create solutions to allow the business to achieve its goals.
