Accountant/Sr. Bookeeper

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper to lead our day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in an inventory-based environment and partnering closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership. You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting business decisions, and helping drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close
• Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records within Sage 50 and ERP systems
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections
• Monitor inventory transactions, landed costs, and inventory-related accounting processes
• Prepare accurate financial reports and support management decision-making
• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, sales, and executive leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-driven businesses
• Strong proficiency with Sage 50 (or similar accounting software) and advanced Excel skills
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently

• West GTA/Mississauga (Hybrid - 1 Day Remote Per Week)
