Job Description

Infosys is seeking a Pega Business Analyst to join our team. You will be an expert contributing to distinct phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
 
Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking products, services, and operational processes.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of automation products like Pega, Appian, etc. is desired, with firsthand experience in process modeling with BPMN standards.
• Experience in Pega rules, workflows, and case management.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical and documentation skills.

• Location for this position is Mississauga, ON. This position requires relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

Preferred Skills:

• Partner with stakeholders across retail, commercial, and digital banking to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process maps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Document User Stories and work with Product Owners for prioritization.
• Support project delivery through requirement validation, stakeholder communication, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, OSFI guidelines).
• Contribute to change management and training efforts during solution rollouts.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile. Safe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an asset.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 92740 to $ 105008
