Strong expertise in mapping and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys across digital touchpoints using customer research, analytics, feedback, and experimentation.
Proven ability to own, refine, and prioritize product backlogs based on customer impact, business value, effort, risk, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
Experience creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and product documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Strong understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience leading discovery, refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and release readiness.
Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align executives, business teams, UX, engineering, architecture, data, operations, and delivery teams around product priorities and trade-offs.
Ability to define and track product success metrics, analyze customer and product data, and use insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the telecom domain, particularly with customer-facing mobile and web applications, is an added advantage.
