• Translate stakeholder direction from working sessions into clear backlog items with defined acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a structured, current, and prioritized backlog to support effective planning and sprint execution.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and decision tracking to ensure timely progression of agreed activities.
• Report consistently on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to support informed stakeholder action.
• Document key requirements and decisions in clear, concise artifacts that support execution and continuity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve coordination issues and remove impediments to delivery.
• Communicate progress, priorities, and next steps concisely to maintain stakeholder alignment.

Serves as the delivery coordination partner for engineering and architecture initiatives, translating stakeholder direction into actionable backlog items, supporting planning and execution, and maintaining clear communication across teams. The role centres on coordination and delivery continuity rather than technical specialization, though familiarity with engineering and architecture terminology is expected.

Role Interfaces

Works closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to coordinate delivery activities, backlog management, and stakeholder follow-through, partnering with Product, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders as required.
