Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a highly collaborative communications team creating engaging digital and visual content for a large financial institution.

The role will combine hands-on graphic design with creative ideation across digital communications, presentations and social media content. The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets for digital communications and internal/external storytelling.
• Develop creative concepts based on incoming content and communication requests.
• Create polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready decks.
• Produce digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Partner with communications and content teams to determine the best visual approach for individual stories and campaigns.
• Support the development of content for social and digital channels.
• Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final delivery.
• Ensure consistency with established brand and design standards.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
• Review and refine creative assets with strong attention to detail and visual quality.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced PowerPoint design skills, including creating polished presentations from concept through completion.
• Strong visual design, layout and typography skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take a creative brief or content request and translate it into an effective visual solution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional digital and graphic design work.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently manage creative assignments and deadlines.
• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience designing content for corporate communications.
• Financial services or other large enterprise experience.
