The Role

Infovista is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the growth of its Network Testing and Network Planning solutions portfolio across North America.

This role combines customer-facing commercial responsibilities with a strong understanding of mobile network technologies and operator environments. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of volume business opportunities, drive proactive business development and prospecting activities, and support existing customers in identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities.

We are looking for individuals who bring practical telecom expertise and can engage customers on both business and technical topics. The successful candidate should be capable of independently managing a large proportion of smaller opportunities from qualification through close, while working collaboratively with Account Directors, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams on larger or more complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers, driving recurring revenue growth and customer retention.
Generate and qualify new opportunities through prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach.
Engage telecom operators, vendors, and ecosystem partners to identify business and technical needs.
Manage smaller opportunities independently through the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, demonstration, proposal coordination, commercial discussions, and close.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the installed customer base.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer information within CRM systems.
Collaborate with Account Directors on larger strategic opportunities and account development activities.
Work closely with Renewals, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Contribute market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support go-to-market initiatives.
Achieve quarterly and annual bookings, pipeline generation, and business development objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Mobile network testing and benchmarking
- Drive testing and network performance analysis
- Radio network planning and optimization
- Solution consulting or pre-sales for telecom software solutions
- Technical sales or inside sales within the telecommunications industry
Practical understanding of mobile network technologies, radio access networks, and operator workflows.
Experience working with telecommunications operators, network vendors, system integrators, or related technology providers.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience with CRM systems and structured opportunity management processes.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Experience

Experience with network testing, benchmarking, assurance, optimization, or planning solutions.
Familiarity with products such as drive test tools, network analytics platforms, planning tools, optimization solutions, or adjacent telecom software.
Experience presenting technical and business value propositions to engineering and operational stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage opportunities with limited pre-sales support.

Skills

Strong commercial mindset combined with technical credibility.
Ability to engage comfortably with radio planning, optimization, performance management, and RF engineering teams.
Excellent prospecting, pipeline generation, and opportunity qualification skills.
Strong customer communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to translate technical challenges into business opportunities.
Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Comfortable working across multiple geographies, cultures, and stakeholder groups.

What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked directly in telecom engineering, optimization, planning, testing, or technical consulting roles and are looking to leverage that expertise in a customer-facing commercial position. A strong technical foundation, curiosity, customer engagement skills, and a desire to drive business outcomes are valued more highly than extensive sales experience alone.
