This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office where you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

Role Summary: Ingram Micro Canada is looking for an early-career Professional Services Associate to help grow our Lifecycle Management Services business. You will connect with reseller partners, uncover customer needs and develop opportunities across cybersecurity, networking, hybrid IT, cloud, AI and other professional services. This role offers hands-on exposure to AI at an early stage in its adoption across the technology channel. You will learn how to apply Ingram Micro’s AI tools and Xvantage™ (platform) to identify partner opportunities, tailor outreach and make informed business development decisions.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to reseller partners and introduce Ingram Micro’s professional services capabilities.
Ask questions to understand customer challenges and qualify opportunities for assessments, cybersecurity, cloud and AI projects, migrations, networking services and training.
Work with sales and technical specialists to develop relevant solutions and move qualified opportunities forward.
Use AI tools, Xvantage™ (platform) and CRM data to identify prospects, personalize outreach and manage follow-up.
Build your knowledge of AI solutions and learn how to discuss potential use cases with partners.
Track activity and maintain an accurate pipeline of professional services opportunities.

What you bring to the role:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service. Recent graduates are welcome.
Confidence starting conversations and the discipline to follow through.
Curiosity about technology and a strong interest in learning and applying AI.
Clear communication, organization and a willingness to learn from feedback.
You do not need to be a technical expert on day one. We are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn and excited to build a career in technology services.

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $58,000 -64,000 CAD per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual starting base pay across all of Canada for all roles. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, including work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. This role is for an existing vacancy and will not use AI for screening applicants.
