Technical Sales Representative – LED Display & AV Solutions

Company: Inno-Leader LED Technology Ltd.

Location: Richmond, BC, Canada

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: On-site, with local client visits and occasional travel

Salary: CAD $65,000–$80,000 per year + Sales Commission

About Inno-Leader LED

Inno-Leader LED Technology Ltd. is a fast-growing provider of commercial LED display solutions, serving businesses and organizations across Canada and the United States.

We specialize in indoor and outdoor LED displays, digital signage, fine-pitch LED video walls, rental and event displays, and customized LED solutions.

Our projects span a wide range of industries, including retail, hospitality, commercial real estate, entertainment, and public spaces.

We provide end-to-end solutions, from product consultation and system design to installation and after-sales support.

As we continue expanding our presence in North America, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, BC.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys both developing new business and building long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and guiding customers through the sales process - from initial consultation and quotation to project confirmation and ongoing account management.

This is not a passive, order-taking sales position.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, actively pursues opportunities, and is motivated to grow their own customer portfolio.

Previous LED display experience is an asset but not required. We provide product training and technical support to help you succeed.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
Build relationships with AV integrators, sign companies, contractors, property developers, retailers, and other commercial clients.
Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, showroom demonstrations, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LED display solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and work toward sales targets.

Account Management

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, account expansion, and additional product sales.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build lasting business partnerships.

Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration

Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and installation teams to support successful project delivery.
Coordinate customer requirements, project timelines, and commercial documentation.
Communicate project updates and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the company’s CRM system.
Provide regular sales forecasts and progress updates to management.

QualificationsRequired

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to prospect for new customers and develop business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple customers, sales opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable learning technical products and communicating solutions to customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer meetings and project sites.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following industries is a strong asset:

Commercial AV / Audiovisual Systems
LED Displays / Digital Signage
Commercial Signage
Electrical / Low-Voltage Systems
Commercial Lighting
Construction / Building Technologies
IT / Technology Solutions
Project-Based B2B Sales

Experience selling technical products, commercial equipment, or customized project solutions is highly desirable.

Direct LED display industry experience is not required. We value strong sales capabilities, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary of CAD $65,000–$80,000 per year.
Sales commission with opportunities to increase total earnings.
Opportunities to develop and manage your own customer portfolio.
Comprehensive product training and technical support.
Exposure to exciting commercial projects across Canada and the United States.
Opportunities for career advancement as the company grows.
A collaborative, supportive, and entrepreneurial work environment.
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing company.

Who We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Enjoys meeting new people and building professional relationships.
Is confident approaching potential customers and generating new business.
Takes ownership of opportunities and consistently follows through.
Can balance new business development with managing existing accounts.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
Is motivated by achieving results and building a successful long-term sales career.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company - not simply fill a sales position.

How to Apply

If you are a motivated B2B sales professional looking for an opportunity in the commercial technology and LED display industry, we would love to hear from you.

Please submit your resume through LinkedIn.

We thank all applicants for their interest. Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.

Inno-Leader LED Technology Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.
