This role is ideal for an engineering graduate who wants to grow with the organization, build systems, solve concrete problems and improve the way we make our products. You will help put in place the tools and processes needed for efficient production. Strong performance may lead to broader responsibilities and, eventually, to leading the production department.

- Manage procurement, including suppliers, parts, inventory levels and planning.
- Help implement an MRP system, maintain it, and coordinate assembly, order preparation, shipping and delivery follow-up.
- Review product quality, investigate defects and implement corrective actions.

- Manage and support the team of assemblers.
- Integrate AI and automation tools where relevant.

- Able to roll up your sleeves when needed, notably with 3D printing, basic soldering, technical adjustments and design files.
- Knowledge of KiCad, Fusion 360 or SolidWorks is a major asset.
- Comfortable with AI tools, spreadsheets, MRP systems and new technologies.
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a growing SME.

Début de l’emploi : dès que possible
Statut du poste : temps plein, permanent
Plage salariale : 70 000 $ à 100 000 $
