Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a Part-Time Production Associate to join our team in Tillsonburg. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady part-time hours, a team-oriented environment, and hands-on food manufacturing experience.

Position Details

• Vacancy Type: Existing Vacancy
• Hours: 24–32 hours per week
• Shift: Mixed / Varies, Saturday availability is mandatory
• Pay Rate: $21.05/hr + $1.50/hr afternoon shift premium (where applicable)

A Typical Day

You’ll work alongside a team on our production lines, helping assemble, fill, seal, and package our products from start to finish. Every shift, you’ll rotate through different line tasks, keep your work area clean and organized, and follow our GMP and food safety programs to ensure the quality our customers count on. No two days look the same, and you’ll never be standing still for long.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble and fill product trays with ingredients, sauce, cheese, and toppings
• Place lids on trays or feed trays through sealing and boxing machines
• Pack finished product into correct boxes and place on designated pallets
• Rack product and feed trays into the spiral freezer as required
• Provide relief to other line personnel and assist other departments as needed
• Notify your supervisor of any safety, mechanical, or material concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout your shift
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and WHMIS programs
• Other duties as assigned by your Operations Supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to work Saturdays (mandatory)
• Comfort working in a cold, damp food processing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• WHMIS 2015 certified (or willing to obtain)
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is an asset but not required

Working Conditions

This position involves daily exposure to a food processing environment, which includes dampness and cold. Varying start and finish times may occur depending on production requirements. Mandatory PPE must be worn at all times in production areas.
