Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in Agile Delivery Management, Project Management, or Program Delivery.
Strong experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Proven ability to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently with minimal oversight.
Ability to quickly understand organizational priorities and deliver results with limited onboarding.

Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and transformation initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving execution, managing project financials, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring a leader who can quickly assess challenges, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Own project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Identify delivery gaps, remove roadblocks, and proactively mitigate risks.
Provide regular updates on project health, financial status, milestones, and key decisions.
Coordinate activities across upstream and downstream teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Drive accountability and maintain a strong focus on delivery outcomes.
