Agile Delivery Manager

6 month contract + ext

Hybrid 2x per week in Toronto

Pay: $70-85/hr incorp

Core Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Agile Delivery Management, or Scrum Leadership roles.
• Strong Agile delivery experience, including Scrum, Kanban, dependency management, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, business leaders, architects, engineers, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials, forecasting, budgeting, resource plans, and vendor spend.
• Experience navigating enterprise governance, risk, security, architecture, and approval processes.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based platform implementations and coordinating with cloud engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, operate independently, and drive outcomes across multiple parallel workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior banking experience is a strong asset, particularly experience working across enterprise technology functions and governance forums.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data, analytics, AI, cloud, or platform modernization initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with third-party technology onboarding, vendor delivery management, and enterprise risk/control frameworks.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic enterprise data and intelligence platform initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams while coordinating technology, business, architecture, security, risk, and vendor teams within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a high-profile enterprise data and intelligence hub initiative within the B2C Technology organization, while coordinating with enterprise technology teams including Cloud Engineering, Digital Core, Architecture, Cyber Security, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Partner closely with a leading data analytics and AI platform provider and their embedded engineering teams, ensuring seamless execution through Agile delivery practices.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Manage parallel streams of work spanning delivery, platform onboarding, governance approvals, discovery, planning, and future roadmap development.
• Lead and coordinate enterprise governance processes and approvals, including Architecture Reviews, Security Reviews, IAAP, Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Management, and other required control frameworks.
• Own project financial management, including forecasting, budget tracking, resource planning, vendor management, and ongoing financial reporting.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while providing concise executive-level status reporting and communication.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, decision logs, and executive reporting artifacts.
• Facilitate alignment across business, technology, data, operations, legal, compliance, privacy, procurement, and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
