Audit Coordinator - 1x Opening, 12-month Contract

Insight Global is seeking a bilingual Audit Coordinator to join a leading financial institution's Dealer Finance Operations team in Montreal. This team supports dealer finance operations across Canada and is responsible for monitoring audit findings, identifying operational risks, and supporting process improvements. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing daily audit reports, identifying irregularities and trends, preparing reporting for stakeholders, and making recommendations to mitigate operational risk. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, comfortable working with large datasets, and excited to leverage tools such as Excel and Microsoft Copilot to drive meaningful business insights. Required Skills and Experience

• Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical, operations, audit, risk, reporting, or financial services environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying trends, anomalies, or operational issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience presenting findings or recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot within reporting and analysis workflows.
• Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) combined with relevant professional experience.
• Must be located within the Montreal area and able to work onsite 2 days per week.

Nice to Have Skills Experience

• Banking, lending, dealer finance, or financial services experience.
• Experience reviewing audit, compliance, risk, or operational reports.
• Knowledge of operational risk management practices.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to vehicle financing, collateral management, lien registration, or lending operations.
