Job Description

Insight Global its looking for a Trade Support Analyst to joining one of Canadians top 5 Banks.

This person will act supporting users on the Montreal Trade Floor with Day-t o-Da y task dealing with hardware, software and mobile issues configuration.

Responsibilities

Support users on the Montreal trade floor with day-to-day hardware, software, and mobile device configuration issues. Provide desk support and take ownership of user requests through to resolution.

Requirements

Candidates should have banking and desk support experience, be fluent in Windows, and have knowledge of physical and virtual machines and Citrix. Customer service skills, ownership, and accountability are also required.
