1.) 5+ years of risk management within FI or healthcare (highly regulated environments)
2.) 5+ years of Business or Data Analyst experiences (Bachelors Degree) or 3+ years of Business/Data Analyst experience (Masters Degree)
3.) Understand concepts of Project Management and Agile mindset (documentations, road mapping etc.)
4.) Writing technical documentation skills
5.) Reading and writing code within Python and SQL
6.) Jira, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint experience
7.) CoPilot experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support initiatives within the AI and Data Science space. This individual will work closely with internal business and technical teams to gather requirements, support project delivery, and ensure key deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of AI/Data Science, excellent communication skills, and experience bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position. This role is for a new vacant opening within a new project.
Pay rate: $45-50/hr
