Business Analyst/Business Support Specialist

6 month contract + extensions

Hybrid 1x per week in Toronto

Pay: $53/hr T4 $60/hr incorp

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery
• Experience supporting pricing, lending, mortgages or financial services applications
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Jira and project tracking tools
• Ability to gather requirements and facilitate stakeholder discussions
• Experience with change management, including handling change requests
• Understanding of software development, networking, and technology concepts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience managing change requests and vendor coordination
• Understanding of upstream/downstream system integrations

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst/Technical Support Specialist to support technology project delivery and change initiatives within an Agile environment. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to coordinate projects, manage change requests, gather requirements, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and change requests from initiation through closure
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Create and maintain user stories and project documentation
• Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and vendors
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Support Agile delivery processes and Jira backlog management
