  • Hybrid 2-3x/week

This is net new role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an new position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help scale their client business reviews. You will build and manage reporting that brings payments data together and give the sales team accurate, polished outputs. You will be the first line of defence against bad data reaching sales.

Responsibilities

  • Help scale the client business review process, which is currently handled by one person.
  • Build a new model that brings payments data together.
  • Create and polish Power BI outputs and presentations for sales.
  • Use an AI layer to check that outputs are well formatted.
  • Validate data outputs and prompts, and address any issues.
  • Review high-volume sales, volume, and balance data for accuracy.
  • Help manage incoming requests and route bugs to the right teams.
  • Save the sales team time by delivering clean, reliable reporting.

Must Haves

  • 2–4+ years as a BI Analyst
  • Financial services or banking experience
  • Strong Power BI skills
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong with numbers, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable presenting data and working with sales teams
