Business Intelligence / BSA Analyst
Our client is looking for a Business Intelligence / BSA Analyst to help scale their client business review process. This person will work with payments, sales, volume, and balance data to create accurate, polished reporting for the sales organization. They will also serve as a key quality-control point before data reaches client-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Help scale the client business review process, which is currently handled by one person.
- Build and maintain a new reporting model that brings payments data together.
- Analyze sales, client, payments, volume, and balance data.
- Create and polish Power BI reports and dashboards for sales.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and client-facing business review materials.
- Use Copilot and AI-assisted tools to review formatting and reporting outputs.
- Validate data outputs and prompts to identify accuracy or quality issues.
- Serve as a first line of defence against inaccurate data reaching sales.
- Help manage incoming reporting requests and route technical issues or bugs to the appropriate teams.
- Deliver clean, reliable reporting that reduces manual work for the sales organization.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- 2+ years of experience within banking or financial services.
- Experience analyzing sales and/or client data.
- Strong Power BI experience, including creating polished reporting outputs.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for business stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with exposure to Excel macros.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable presenting data and partnering directly with sales or client-facing teams.
