Contract Duration: 6 months + possible extensions
Work Arrangement: 5x per MONTH. (Each Monday + every 3rd Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support technology initiatives for a leading Canadian financial institution. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to gather and translate requirements, support application integrations, and document solutions across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
-Work with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
-Support application integrations across upstream and downstream systems.
-Document APIs, data mappings, system interfaces, and integration requirements.
-Create and maintain solution documentation, process flows, and system documentation.
-Partner with development, architecture, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. -Support testing, implementation, and production readiness activities.
-Work within Agile delivery teams and participate in requirements gathering, refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
-Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
-Banking or financial services experience.
-Strong understanding of APIs and API documentation.
-Experience supporting system integrations and upstream/downstream applications.
-Strong experience creating solution and technical documentation.
-Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
-Strong understanding of data flows, system dependencies, and application integrations.
-Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience with AI or AI-enabled technology initiatives.
-Experience with contact centre technologies or CCaaS platforms, such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, or Five9.
-Exposure to CRM platforms, workflow automation, or digital customer engagement solutions.
