Required Skills & Experience

3-4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Advertising. • 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with Campaign Manager 360 (CM360). • Experience trafficking digital advertising campaigns and managing creative assets. • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Ad Servers, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), Programmatic Media Buying, and Campaign Measurement • Experience creating, maintaining, or analyzing campaign performance reports and dashboards. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with DV360 (Display & Video 360). • Experience using reporting and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI • Exposure to workflow automation tools, AI productivity tools, or process automation initiatives. • Experience supporting digital media or advertising operations within a large enterprise environment. • Digital advertising or media platform certifications. Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Specialist, Digital Operations for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading enterprise client. This individual will join a Digital Media Operations team responsible for campaign trafficking, creative implementation, programmatic operations, reporting, and workflow automation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) who is interested in digital advertising operations, reporting, and the evolving use of AI and automation within media workflows. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day digital campaign trafficking and setup across programmatic advertising channels. • Configure, implement, and maintain campaigns within Campaign Manager 360 and related ad tech platforms. • Support the intake, quality assurance, and deployment of creative assets while ensuring tracking and measurement requirements are met. • Gather, organize, and distribute campaign performance data to internal stakeholders and external partners. • Assist with programmatic billing reconciliation and invoice management activities. • Monitor third-party measurement and reporting tools, identifying trends and providing operational insights. • Support automation initiatives aimed at improving workflow efficiency and reducing manual processes. • Document and maintain digital operations processes, workflows, and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on reporting capabilities, operational tools, and emerging technologies. • Contribute to testing and implementation of new automation, productivity, and AI-enabled solutions.
