Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of progressive change management experience.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives impacting large frontline employee populations within a major financial institution.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and secure executive sponsorship and leadership buy-in.
- Experience operating within large, complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent formal change management certification).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project/program management certifications.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Retail banking experience, particularly within home financing, mortgage, branch, or customer journey transformation programs.
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Change Management Lead for a Big 5 Canadian banking client. The successful candidate will support change management efforts for a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing the bank's Homebuyer Customer Journey. Additional transformation and change initiatives may be assigned based on business priorities and capacity.
The ideal candidate is a strategic change leader with experience driving enterprise-wide transformation, building executive buy-in, and leading frontline adoption initiatives within large financial institutions.
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
