Change Manager

Pay: 68-70/hr INC

Contract Duration: 6 months + extensions

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3x weely downtown, Toronto

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.

• Experience leading enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives, specifically AI, GenAI, Copilot, automation, or digital workplace transformation experience.

• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proven ability to develop training, engagement, and adoption programs.

• Experience influencing senior leaders in complex environments.

• Consulting experience preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prosci certification or equivalent.

• Experience within Agile or Product delivery environments.

• Financial services experience or most preferred, Wealth Management, or Insurance Domain.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This individual will lead change management activities focused on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and organizational readiness to ensure successful implementation of AI-powered solutions and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning.

• Develop and execute change management and communication strategies.

• Drive executive engagement and stakeholder alignment.

• Create training, enablement, and adoption programs.

• Establish champion networks and support user adoption initiatives.

• Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

• Develop sustainment plans to reinforce long-term behavioral change.
