Job Description
Support a large-scale regulatory initiative focused on the SEC complaints management process.
Analyze and interpret complaint-related data to identify trends, risks, and operational insights.
Extract, validate, and manipulate large datasets to support reporting and decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor complaint volumes, outcomes, and key metrics.
Leverage AI tools to streamline data filtering, trend analysis, and insight generation.
Document business processes, regulatory requirements, and reporting procedures while partnering with compliance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Analyze complaint data to identify trends, risks, and operational insights, and extract, validate, and manipulate datasets for reporting and decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports, use AI tools to support analysis, and document processes and regulatory requirements in collaboration with compliance and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 3–5 years of experience in a data-based environment, SQL, Power BI, and strong communication skills. Power Automate and experience with large financial institutions are nice to have.
