Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in project coordination, project support, data center operations, infrastructure deployment, or a related technical environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to independently assess situations and work through challenges logically.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, data center infrastructure, or IT hardware.
- Familiarity with networking terminology, including switches, routers, fibre cabling, connectivity, and physical infrastructure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating vendors, resources, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and project requirements can change frequently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and jump in where needed.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Previous experience supporting data center builds, expansions, or infrastructure deployments.
- Exposure to GPU clusters, server infrastructure, or colocation environments.
- Experience with physical rack installations, equipment deployment, power connections, and structured cabling.
- Basic networking or IT infrastructure experience.
- Experience using Excel, spreadsheets, or other lightweight tools to track project activities and milestones.
Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
