You have basic to intermediate system administration skills and, where applicable, are able to take on remote system administration tasks working in a virtual team. You understand all aspects of the equipment you support. You know how to innovate and make decisions on his/her own, but also know how to take direction when it is given, paying attention to all details involved.

Contractors will work a ticket-based system, with cycle leads assigning approximately 10 to 15 tickets per day. Each ticket corresponds to a server repair or maintenance task, and contractors are expected to resolve their assigned tickets within the 8-hour workday.

The primary work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible flexibility to a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift for all 4 positions if needed (30 mins unpaid break after 4 hours consecutive hours of work)
