Pay Rate: $27.00/hour

Insight Global is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to support a leading financial services organization. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for commercial and business clients, managing onboarding activities, account setup, documentation review, and digital banking support. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced working within a banking or financial services environment. Relevant responsibilities and qualifications are based on experience commonly seen in commercial banking onboarding, documentation, and client support functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support commercial and business clients through onboarding and account setup processes
Review and validate client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist clients with digital banking platform enrollment, access, and troubleshooting
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
Partner with internal teams including operations, compliance, legal, and risk to facilitate onboarding activities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and virtual communication channels
Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of client requests

Must-Have Qualifications

2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, client onboarding, account management, or client support
Experience reviewing documentation and working within regulated environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with CRM or banking platforms

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Commercial banking experience
Digital banking or client migration experience
Knowledge of AML/KYC processes
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar platforms
Bilingual English/French
