JOB DESCRIPTION
Employment: 12-Month Contract
Rate: $56-$60 Per Hour
Location: Toronto, ON - 2-3x Per Week
Insight Global is looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to join a leading bank based in Toronto on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital banking technology initiatives through cross-functional Agile Pods. Acting as a blend of a Scrum Master, Technology Lead, and Application Owner, this role drives project execution, manages delivery roadmaps and backlogs, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and ensures technology solutions deliver business value while meeting quality, security, and scalability requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
7+ years of experience in technology delivery roles such as SCRUM Manager, Application Owner/Manager, Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Consulting (Integration and/or Delivery) roles
Expertise with Confluence and JIRA
3+ years of experience in Financial Services, with deep domain knowledge in Lending and/or Online Retail Banking
Executive level communication skills
Strong organizations skills
Either Azure or GCP background
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree or equivalent experience is required
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience or familiarity with Open APIs, Technical Product Management, MicroService / Enterprise Service Bus architecture, cloud IaaS / PaaS, and mobile platforms
