JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring for a top Medical Aesthetics group of clinics as they grow their to support clinic growth and succession planning initiatives across Canada. The successful candidate will provide cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, build long-term patient relationships, and collaborate with clinical leadership teams to grow an established practice. This opportunity offers a highly competitive pay structure with significant earning potential. This role is based in Oakville, ON and there are relocation opportunities available at other locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers.
- Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality aesthetic and cosmetic medical services.
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships and treatment retention.
- Collaborate with Medical Directors and clinic leadership teams.
- Contribute to the growth of cosmetic and aesthetic service offerings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Licensed Dermatologist or Family Physician (GP) eligible to practice in Canada.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments.
- Proven experience with Botox, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations.
- Strong patient relationship management and communication skills.
- Interest in building or expanding a long-term cosmetic practice.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Existing cosmetic patient base or referral network.
- Experience in a high-volume medical aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic environment.
- Board-certified Dermatologist with a cosmetic focus.
